• The police force

• We are ligally obliged to do so
• You have requested us to do so
• You have requested us to book a driving test on your behalf. (DVSA Only)

When paying for driving tuition or other services you may make a payment using our online service provider Stripe

When making payments, you will be directed to their secure payment portal to enter your payment details for the services we provide.

We do not record or store any payment information, only the time and value of your successfull payments.

We will store your personal details as long as neccessary or until you tell us to delete it.

• It will be neccessary to store the information if your want to continue to be supplied with driving lessons
• It will be neccessary to store financial transactions for six years or the minimum required by law
• It will be neccessary to store personal information for insurance purposes if you have driven our vehicle
